Snake:- Snakes are the group names of legless reptiles. They belong to Squamata since their bodies are covered with squamae. They are carnivores.
- Some of the snakes are poisonous. They attack other organisms by biting them, causing wound, pain and even death. Snake toxins are for aggressive and not defensive purpose.
- Snakes mainly eat lizards, smaller-sized mammals, birds, fish and eggs. Since snakes cannot use their teeth to bite and tear food to smaller pieces, they usually swallow the whole piece of food.
Threats of snake:
